Mittleman introduces himself to Democratic Voters with mailer sent to 20,000 households
ALBANY — As a follow-up to formally entering the race for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Congress in the 21st District yesterday, Gary Mittleman, the founding CEO of Plug Power, announced today that his campaign has sent out a mail-piece introducing himself to 20,000 Democratic households throughout the seven-county district.
"Unlike other candidates who have thrown their hats into the ring, I am offering some very specific plans to improve our economy," said Mittleman. "I am also clearly highlighting many of the recent wrong-headed actions our federal government has taken and explaining why they are so bad for the people who live in the 21st Congressional District."
"As the campaign progresses, I look forward to participating in many energetic conversations with the voters of the 21st District about the issues that matter most to them," said Mittleman. "They'll be hearing from me a lot – I'll be in their mailboxes, knocking on their doors, visiting with them at their community events, speaking to them over the airwaves on radio and television and chatting with them online through my website: www.mittlemanforcongress.com."
